Converting rpg maker games into GBA or console games

First of all, I'd like to apologize if this is in the wrong forum.

I am hoping to be able to convert my RPGs made in rpg maker 2003/rpg maker xp to .gba or .nes games, so I can burn them onto a gba cart and play them on a gba. Does anyone know of a way I can do this? I have found links to the burning equipment, but I just need to find a converter. Thanks in advance!

Not at all, no. Though I'm sure a few of us here would like to see some sort of proof of such ownership. Not very often that someone has an import copy of RM 2003.
