Hi. I can't stand it when you miss in battle... it just irks me... In the RPGM3 manual, it says that AGI is linked to dodge rate... I've been thinking that perhaps the best way to stop characters and enemies from missing (so damn much) is to give everyone really low AGI stats, such as +1 a level with incedental increases throughout the game... this, however, would only work if 'hit rate' is not linked to AGI as well (as it is in some RPGs)...

Has anyone tried this? Any other ideas concerning stating for this game would be great (as we really don't have any other way of managing the battle system... [too bad])

I have not played my RPGm3 game in a while. I do plan on getting back in to the swing of things. :)

To answer your question, Have you tired increasing the luck on your monsters? That can help. Any kind of dodge you have on, you may want to take off or just use less of it. I also don't like to use EX- points in my games. Only because it does rase everyones stats and it makes it harder to have a "hard to beat" boss. There are other ways around it. I'm not sure.. Just wait around others will post here too. :) But for now you can try playing round with the luck stats :D

Thanks! That will help. For now what I've done is set AGI to very low, as in +1 per level with very small incidental increases through stat gains and accessories... I'm intending to make enemies the same way... upping LUCK may also help hit rate, which would be a great way to ensure that 'miss' never occurs... or occurs rarely... Thanks!
