As of yet, I don't really know what resources they're talking about. Maybe just the pre-order ones again.

As much as I'm not a huge fan of the leadership of the official community, 2 for 1 at $20 less than when VX Ace released certainly isn't a bad deal. I got one myself, mainly because I like having a physical copy of software when possible.

As much as I'd like to, I don't have much, if any, wiggle room with money right now. Plenty of things and games I've wanted to buy, but just can't. However, that's pretty cool. A nice gift for someone else or you could sell the second one to make profit.

Can someone buy themselves a copy so that I can have myself a copy? =P

Physical RPG Maker VX Ace is awesome. I've always said how much I prefer owning physical copies of my games over digital downloads.

Man, now I feel like a butt haha. I got the one for a couple of friends for Holiday gifts. The one in particular needs some serious guidance(wanted to use pre-existing game music for his project, haha), but I am hoping to get him at least slightly into building his game as a hobby.

This was mentioned over at the Pav, but people here could essentially pool for copies of the game. $35 sounds a lot more manageable than $70, but I do realize that $35 is a LOT of money when you are strapped still.
