i made a regular key that opens a regular door. once you go through the key is gone but when you go back and try it again u need the key again.
How can i make it where once a key is used u can safley go back and forth.

Why don't you make the key an unbreakable item and leave it with the party?

You could always just make the door an event where you need a normal item, instead of one you need a key for.
