Metal Gear Mini game

I was reading the minigame faq, and looking at the metal gear mini game, I want to do something like that, but the faq doesn't really explain it. Does anyone know of another minigame faq that I can look at?

I only know how to do it for rpgmaker 2. If you want it for that then just tell me.

You should be able to look through the code for it. Just go through edit and load it up. I don't think it is password protected.
