Me and Ix have been talking about this since ShadowFox was talking about TN in the chat. Seems like this would REALLY seem to suit our needs.

At first we were worried about how much it would take to rent out a lobby in a hotel for us to put all our equpiment (consoles, computers, tvs, and whatever else to provide gaming intertainment and RPG Maker demos). If we have two room and each have two TVs, then we are about as set as we can be. Also Ix called the hotel and found out that this is a per room thing... so the more people we get to go, the cheaper it'll be.

If we get around 8 people, then it'll only be around $100 per person. I'll be taking care of a few expenses myself to make sure it'll be as cheap as possible. TN is pretty central which should keep most people from having to fly.

What do you guys thing?
