mostly i really really don't want anything at all.. i don't really like christmas and almost though i was getting away with not really doing the christmas thing this year but apparantly not because my mom is not ready to have christmas without me yet... >___> rawr.

You should. You get presents. If you don't like the whole Christian orgins of it, there's other aspects of it that you can focus on. Like, the presents, "good will to men", Christmas commercials for 6 weeks, there's a bunch of Christmas songs that don't involve Baby Jesuses.

Really, nobody should ignore Christmas.

In no particular order, though that will change by the time I send it out. I always put the list in order from most wanted to least wanted. It's particularly difficult, but it guarentees that I'll get my most-wanted games on the list (currently the most-wanted is Mario Kart and Gargoyles 1).

What I want is intangible. It cannot be bought or traded for. It is not games, it is not clothes, it is not dinner with the family, it is not the pretty sight of falling snow..

What I want is proof that everything I'm doing and all the effort I'm putting in to one goal; every drop of sweat, tears, and blood; every kj of energy expelled and every second of discomfort, pain, and feelings of hopelessness is not for nothing.

That's all.

sometimes they do something really, really good, though. I can't complain, we always have a good x-mas.

Personally i hate christmas, its one of the most tense times of year, and possibly the worst. christmas for me is like Survivor. Just sit through it and bear the pain and it will eventually be over.

You know what would be nice, Pizza for christmas. :] i like pizza, its all about simple things. Then there are more complicated things like what to get for other people! nobody in my family does wishlists because it would be considered rude so nobody ever really knows what to get for people.
