Oh yeah, I actually watched this one just the other day - with my mom... o.o
She liked it

It's actually a pretty good guide to posting - it emphasizes the major points:
1. READ FIRST!
2. Search First
3. Make it Count

The one thing I always find important when coming into a new board is reading a bit first to get the feel of the community, instead of jumping in without fitting in.

No, it does. For me at least, it's between the FAQ and the Memberlist. Dunno if it's the same for all skins.
