Wow, what a sucky way to start. Sorry, man. But it all can't be THAT bad, or so I hope. And transfering will have to take place at either the end of a semester or the end of the year. I can't remember which it is (I'm also going to be a freshman, you know). I hope things get better for you. College is supposed to be great, not crap.

I would withdraw from Troy, and Register at OWC (registration is open until the 20th)
