What exactly does Uno Cashew mean?

Ok. This is to see who is truly has the brightest mind in the Mag.
There has only been 1 person to figure out what my name truly means, without hinting or telling. There is no special prize for getting it right, but if you do, I will post a sonnet of mine I had to type for school which will be really funny. But only if you truly know, will it be funny.

Hmmmm...judging by your title you're that 'master of uno cashew, so perhaps it is a game? Maybe Uno? I don't know.

WOW, I am very proud of you. And one more thing... Why are you thinking about my nuts? Or uh, the lack there of?

So this is the sonnet I promised. Now imagine sitting in class, everyone including the teachers knows what this means, and this is your sonnet you had to turn into the class that your teacher is about to read. Oh, and the principal was there as well.
