Well.
Not really,
The 'dreamiest' thing about Super Bowl XL was the half-time show...

"I can't Get NO! Sa-tiss-faction..."

But apart from that, even the commericals sucked.

I don't care who wins, but the super bowl commercials are always good. It would be nice If there was some gambling people here.

What was the final score?

I was rooting for the Steelers, btw.

21 to 11?
Well, something like that. I wasn't really paying attention. It was a game ruled by the referees and therefore consummately boring at certain junctions in time.

21-10, people.

My fav commercial was that there was this guy and girl on the plane, and the plane was in trouble for a few moments, and the lights went off.

Then when the lights came back on, the woman was on top of the man, and the man's sunglasses were on the bottom of his face, but it seemed like he had torn off the woman's bra. That was hilarious.

Oh, and the new Go Daddy commercial with Candace Mitchell was funny too.

^commericaly goodness (though there weren't that many this year...)

Is that the godaddy girl's name...? Sweet *looks her up in the phone book....for no reason whatsoever*

Hmm....I loved the one where they hid the bud-lights around they office and it was a war-zone of drunken middle-aged clockpunchers...

Oh, and the one with the fly and the people walking in and thinking the dude was dead....

But apart from that they were all feminist...it's football, feminism can eat my shorts for all I care about their demographic-give me something that doesn't concern dawn dish soap next time or Dr. Suess

I watched the whole game. The only game I watched this year. I was disappointed that the Steeler's never went for a 2 point conversion! I love those plays.

But that last interception, and the 75 yard run before it were sweet.

I rooted for the Steeler's since I don't care about the Sea Hawks, plus it's pretty much taboo to be a Steeler hater on campus, being so close to Pittsburgh.:p

Fridge commercial owned. And the Stones? Well, just goes to show that no music today can even compare.

Plus, MTV screwed itself over with the nipple popping. Shame on Janet Jackson. Her first lame move was singing with Justin Timberlake, I believe. Lmfao.

I admit that Mick Jagger (sp) can still sing, in fact, he sounds exactly the same. And he can still do crazy convulsions on stage... Unfortunately though, i felt that the performance wasn't so hot because he did all of that, but he was gasping for air between every word, and he just couldn't sing the song like normal. But no credit is being taken away from the Stones. No doubt they are talented.

Oh, and he needs to remember that we can not hear him unless the mic is up to his mouth.

Despite all this, the Stones still rock.

Well. They rock, and I agree his voice is still very much the same as it was 40 years ago...but not totally. He can't actually carry the tune anymore, he's got the tune, but nothing is really sung. He just kinda speaks it...no extensions of the notes. And apparently the guitarists are too important and/or lazy to do back-up any more...I've got the cds to prove they used to actually sing, and all of them did it, but I still loved it....and the stage was tight too.

I was cracked up when Mick said, "We coulda sung this song for the first Super Bowl...", because it is remarkably true...the first one was *thinks* in either 64 or 66, and they were putting singles out in England by 63...old fogies.
