Yep. Its something to say to your family when they ask where you going? Saying that your going to the fest that only comes around once a year sounds better then just saying "I'm going drinking" Because someone can go drinking anynight. And to do that all the time sounds bad. So if you go drinking with your buddys on Saturday nights. Then have a few beers on Wednesday nights when you go bowling. You can drink again on fest night.
