Personally, I think it's doing something you love, being in good health, and generally being happy.

There is no meaning of life. Life is pretty much pointless. Pointless, like, trying to think up something pointless.

Meaning of life is truly whatever you make it. Both good and evil know that so they do what they need to do.

*edit* But there are others that will try to make your life miserable, those can be your family, friends, and environment. Also your health and or mental issues can effect your life as well. The best thing you can do is move on and subsist if possible.

Life is what you make it. If you feel your life is crappy, you make it crappy. If you feel your life is awesome, you make it awesome.

ah man, meaning is what you make it. If theres no meaning to life, then it seems paradoxical to insist there is meaning to any of it's parts, or to anything that happens to you over your lifetime. It is actually a fairly viable thing to argue that though.

i mean, we are organisms, freaks of biology and circumstance. Why should we try to make ourselves seem special?

If you argue that there is no special, or overall meaning to your existence, maybe you are forgetting something crucial. Nothing is greater than the sum of its parts.


so then, maybe a sensible philosophy would be to live at all times. When i say 'live', i mean; to enjoy what fortune has given us the chance to enjoy.

seems like an OK way to live to me. and at least its undemanding.

Life is just a pit-stop to death, with us being created simply because our parents decided to get it on. But that doesn't mean we can't enjoy ourselves along the way.

Haha actually, yes, I believe that if he fulfilled these conditions, he achieved the meaning of his life.

Which, of course, has nothing to do with the consequences of his acts. That's another story.

What is the point of being so negative toward life? I'm not. We've all been dealt some hands. Mine's the not the best, but I'm playing with it and playing for happiness.

I personally don't think Hitler fulfilled his purpose, though i don't actuallly know what his goals in life were.

somehow, though, i doubt his childhood dreams were to lose the war and then commit suicide.

He originally strove to be an artist, but when the local academy rejected him he joined the millitary and honed his already burgeoning fascism (he'd despised jews since early youth, and held that the physical aspects of the typical german were the perfect beings). I'd say, considering he committed suicide in a moment of utter failure, he failed in the attainment of his desires, no matter how many millions of corpses closer he was than before.

I guess Hitler's really a loser then. When he couldn't do what he wanted, he decided to kick the buckett and go extreme. The reasons that led him to do it, I don't know... And since he committed suicide when he failed, I guess he was just a bad loser and weak of spirit.
