Another update! For a full explanation and a VIDEO detailing exactly how to have any character in RPGM3 equip any weapon, click the "Resources" link to the left and scroll down to RPG Maker 3 Resources.

If you plan on watching the video, please SAVE it to your HDD. I do not want to have to take it down due to bandwith problems caused by repeated downloading by the same people.
