So, this is my first update after announcing that v5 was done. I have a few things to report:

1. New content:
The Data Center has been added back.
Red Dragon added The Legend of Jack for RPG Maker 3 (full).

I hope you guys are checking the Previews and Reviews pages for updates from the P/Review departments.

2. Studio Developer's Conference:
The Studio Developer's Conference (SDC) is for RPGMM developers to have a group meeting with the higher-ups of RPGMM to discuss how to help studios grow and promote their RM projects.

This conference is Saturday, September 29, 2007 starting at 9:00pm EST.

3. RPG Maker Magazine Awards 2007 is now official! Starting directly after the Sequelpalooza contest, game nominations will take place. At that point specified in the future, any full games created within the span of August 2006 and the start of nominations may be nominated. Additionally, only one game per category will win the award.

The awards ceremony will be December 20th, 2007.

On another note, while I've been incrediably eager all year for the announcement of rpgmmAwards, do you think there are enough games released to really have a contest? Not including the sequel contest, not many complete games have been released, according to the Submissions topic.
