RPGMMWiki! + Site Update

We're always trying to hit the RPGM community with the hot fire, so here's something I hope everyone gets behind: RPGMMWiki! It's a wiki for the use of the entire console RPG Maker community. Anyone is free to use it, and since it runs on the same software Wikipedia uses, it's easy to use, as well!

God, you finally post an update, and the Untraditional review still isn't up. I'm convinced you hate me.

It's explained under the "Getting Started" section on the Main Page of the Wik:

Edit: Yikes. I see you edited the Game Template page instead of creating your new page first, and then copy/pasting the Game Template code into the new page.

I fixed it, though, and made sure to clarify, as it did seem pretty ambiguous. Thanks for the catch.

Hey Ix... I like the wiki. I nice touch... I hope people find this a good resource...

Might I suggest everyone add their games to it... that way whenever anyone is looking for a specific title, all they have to do is just type it in the search bar.

Go on, DO IT!

If you notice, too, I've also added portions of the Magonian Encyclopedia to it.

Search for "Magonian Kombat" or "Maganacana". It's there.

To better get people to use wiki, I thoguht I'd post how the layout should be.

Yes, there is one at wiki... but if you go to View then Scorce, you will have to cut out a freaking crap load of wiki generated html. I've been playing with it and have just what you need to put... Hope this helps:

Note: anything withing () is data you need to fill. delete the ()'s

Why do you to have to cut the wiki code?

Also, the main point of the wiki is for people to be able to add their information without the need for editing massive amounts of professional-styled code code.

I mean, it's easy for us, but not so for others.

If you post the wiki code in you text field, you end up with alot of tags that get put up as text strings... lol, it looks awful.

Are you sure? I've tested it while logged out, and it worked like it was supposed to for me.

Can you try another browser?

actually, I'm at work and they use IE here...

So it may very well be my bad.

The soonest I can look at it under opera will be when I get home around 6.

But yeah, if it works... just disreguard what I said. my bad.

I've also tested it in IE, and it works fine, too.

OH, I know what you did. Instead of going to the "View Source" tab on the wiki, you right-clicked and went into the actual "View Source" that the browser uses.
