For those in the EST time zone, the year 2006 has finally come! And as RPGMM headquarters is in the EST time zone...the changing of the guard has occured, and I am officially the ACTING Head of Site for the RPG Maker Magazine. I would like to thank Lord Ixzion for this oppourtunity, and the awesome training he gives me.

Anyway, it's time for the Super-Duper Earth shattering announcements!


FIRST:

I would like to congratulate the Magonian that has been selected to step into the Reigns of the Head Reviewer position. The duties and responsibilities of Head Reviewer are on this person's shoulders for the next two months...and if a good job is done, who knows what this could lead to. Everyone congratulate Kratos Aurion (aka HyperSonicSpeed)! Hyper has been a well-known poster at the mag for years now, and is quite familiar with the Reviewing system. The entire Mag staff wishes him the best of luck.

SECOND:
Issue 3.1 is underway! You know what that means...for the first time in RPG Maker Magazine history, there will be a non-Ixzion produced issue of the Mag! Issue 3.1 will be formed completely under my watch, and It is my job to keep it up to the high standards that Ix has set in the past. My work is cut out for me...but I think I can live up to the task!


It's going to be a great year for the mag!

Well, how dandy. I'm only awaiting the many stones that may fly at my head. Well, things should be good. Just trian me, get me to learn what needs to be learned and I'll be prepped and ready to lead my troops (Junior Reviewers) to victory. So, yeah.

You're going about this a little militaristic, huh?

Whatever gets the job done.

Perihelion is happenning as I post this!

The Earth is as close as it gets to The Sun (for this orbit... they vary) and it is time to Rejoyce.

I still wanna know why it's so damn cold when we get closest to The Sun, though.

I know the whole tilted axis thing, it just doesn't wash with me... The Sun is so hot that a little tilt shouldn't matter that much!

But it does.

Go Figure.
