How do I get special access to post new topics in this forums? Where do I go to ask questions about RPGMaker2?

How do I gain "special access"? I can't post new topics. So, technically that's not possible so, the tip on that one is actually void. But, thanks for the rest of the tips. Since, I didn't see the rest of the screen and didn't have the time to look around due to a tight schedule. Which the rest of the tips where already obvious to me. Except about the question where do I go to post without gaining special access? But thanks anyways. I don't like the tips 12345 thing, there is no need to rudely spell Help out to me. It's always nice to see new peoples around here, and don't take any Mag member's personality too negatively, we don't bite.....much.

Again welcome, and if you have any questions about RPG Maker 3, feel free to ask in the section Draygone specified. Thats the game that I specialize in at the moment, and when time is found, I, among others, would be happy to reply to any of your questions.

Hmmm I think Hermes is using the main page, that most of us skip, to see only the announcements and hasn't yet discovered the forums per se. If that made sense....

As for the first part, there is no "special access". If you're logged in, you should be able to post a new topic. Except in the Front Page section of the Mag, which adds credence to what in5ult080t said.

I just noticed you added the sig for the localization thing, Dray. We gotta spread it like a virus.

I know the subject's dropped and Valk probably couldn't scour the Japanese to find the answer, but I wonder if RPGT4 implimented global events (those events that can be triggered from anywhere in the game).
