Well, it's sad times now. The 2010 MagCon is now over.

I can say that this is gonna be one of those times that I remember for the rest of my life. I'm very happy that some random group of people I've met on a site I created are willing to meet up and continue to meet up 3 years in a row so far. Everyone has been great.

However, I must give a EXTRA SPECIAL shout-out to my cousin Deeper_Kyo. He's been our tech guy for the entire trip, encoding and uploading videos as fast as he could, handling the camera, and just making this convention work behind the scenes. Please give him major props.

We've seen some great RPG Maker games this time, too. I didn't see a dud this entire trip. Everyone who didn't turn anything in to MagCon, you should feel ashamed and jealous of everyone who got live reactions on their games. FYI, we WILL NOT accept any games after the last day, so if you want your game at MagCon next year, we won't accept it unless it's on time. We need the time to make sure everything is working properly and it's too much.

We also had some great gaming. Magic the Gathering, Perfect Dark, Smash Brawl, and the Videogame Decathalon (VGD is on viddler) were awesome events. Much fun was had that day. Which was today.

And we finished it all off with pizza and Black Dynamite.

If this sounds like something you want to be a part of, then next year, you had better get the money and all that ready for MagCon 2011!

Please post comments in the MagCon 2010 forum about convention coverage or whatever.

Sad to hear its over but great that it sounded like a blast. I hope I can make it next year.

If you have it somewhere close to Florida next year ill make something to show for it =P. Looks like you guys had a blast there, wish I coulda came =/.

You know, there were quite a few people who didn't go to MagCon who DID submit a demo...like MRevelle and 1ce.

But really, I'm sorta glad you didn't submit anything, because we had a tough time doing all the RPG Maker games we had as it was.

Lol I would rather be there showing it myself . Finished watching all the videos, and Lol Josh's Adventure looks pretty fun.

Internet connection at the hotel wasn't the greatest, so there are still videos that need to be uploaded.

aw, I preferred to think it was out of disgust.

It was nice to just be in my hometown again for a while and meet all of you in person for the first time, also. 'Hope I was entertaining enough, although I know wasn't quite as talkative as the other seven of you.

SK, I didn't say this while there, but you looked different than I expected. The hair was about right, but I expected your face to be a little chubbier in the cheeks for some reason.

I had a freaking blast, guys. And Deeper is STILL doing work... even after it's over. I just finished with the images he sent me from our group photo.
