Have me at the con. That'll make it better. I think there should be a tournament game of sorts. A fighter, racing, or something. Something to add that's not the decathlon.

Once again, I had a freaking awesome time. It was good to see everyone again, and makes me kind of wish we lived a bit closer so that would could hang out like something that resembles a regular basis. The drive was terrible... and the fact our travel party was reduced to just two people didn't help it either (not to mention we took my tiny little two-seater car).

The hotel was just as awesome as last year. The continental breakfast at that place is off the chain. Not only because of their awesome selection, but because they have a 'make your own waffle' thing there. And with a tray of bacon, not far from it... it is just BEGGING you to make bacon waffles. Which I did. And they were awesome. Very awesome.

I really liked our games this year. They spanned the entire spectrum of makers, genres, and quality. Also, the games we played during the decathlon, free time, and the Magic the Gathering tournament was of utmost awesomeness. And I'm highly looking forward to it next year. We all had fun going out to eat and just mess around too. Half our group wanted to go see Suckerpunch (for what reason we don't know why) but those who like to ENJOY themselves went around the local stores around the movie theater, hit up a local game shop, ate at a local pizza joint that does these specialty pizzas (of which we shared our slices with one another to get a kind of sampler thing going) and then hit up the arcade until everyone who wanted to waste two hours of their lives got back. ^_^ (At least the movie we watched for the Mag dinner was actually pretty awesome.)

Oh, and Bon... you'd better prep for next year if you want to claim the air hockey champion title.

Anyways, as to what I would change? Nothing really. I was perfectly content with how everything went.

i counted 10 people in the photo. is my math bad or are you missing some names?

They are locals from last year. We held a Magic the Gathering tournament in that same room last year... that's where we met Tyler (the one in the very back in the group photo). This year we got a hold of him and he brought a few of his friends and had a legit tourny. And they stuck around for the pic.

Because the last time I went to a movie theater with friends and not family members was...

I'm really hoping I have the means to go next year. I would think two or three extra people would make it even more fun.

You guys just seem to have a ton of fun. Maybe I should see if going to the next one is possible or not. T'would be fun.

I'm hoping to make it next time as well with at least one demo.
