Okay, so I couldn't find a trailer or commercial to add, if anyone finds one, let me know. But here's what's going to be my trilogy of Quintet games released by Enix. The first of which is Soul Blazer. I actually didn't play Soul Blazer for the first time till a few years ago. Having already played the second of the three, Illusion of Gaia, I was actually really pleased with it's gameplay. If you haven't played Soul Blazer, you really should give it a look-see. This is one of those classic RPGs of time's past and is still a good game even today. It seems only SNES/PS1 games really have that kind of effect. Anything else just kind of fades away forever. Anyway, let's get on with it, shall we?

I pretty much aim for the entertainment value of my playing coming from schadenfreude and not from game skill... for I have very little. Enough to get through the game. And you just wait, I had (and am currently having) technical issues with getting these videos together... so I'm failing in that aspect too. Somehow or another, one of them ended up being over half a gig. Also, you'll notice technical fail in the third vid as well.

Here's how to know this is a good game: If I suck this much at it, and you still are willing to watch it.

I was looking through you LPs and was surprised to see Soul Blazer. I loved this game way back when - it was the first RPG I ever played. Must've played through it about 20 times.

I like how the preview screen for the first episode contains a misspell.

And yeah, I've already finished Illusion of Gaia too. All I need now is to LP Terranigma and the series will be complete.
