OK, so I go to the userlist at the main site but my name "anonymous (bo)" is not listed. It also said that only guests were logged on and not registered members although I was logged on to the forums under Anonymous (Bo). My studio "modal realms" was listed and was given 50 MP but it said that I hadn't submitted any games but I did submit "Who did this!?" for RPGM3.

I figured out (I think) that the problem is that modal realms is not only my studio but also my non-forum login but anonymous (bo) is my forum login. Should I be using anonymous (bo) as my non-forum login to remain consistent or is it meant to be two entirely different parts of the mag, (i.e. the mag members and the forum users)?

Also if I forgot my password for my registered mag name, which name do I put into the field to retrieve my password from my email, my mag registered name or my forum user name?

This still doesn't explain why my name is not attached to the game I submitted as I had to log on through the mag registered name to submit the game originally.

Does this mean that my mag MP will not necessarily be attached to my forum name, Anonymous (Bo)?

Thanks.

The forums and SS Account are two different things. Everything siteside is tied to a SSA.

The reason this was done is because we've been around so long that people's forum names, creator names, and game names would have been through many changes by the time they signed up. Additionally, we have a huge backlog of games where the creator has long since left the scene. It's a security issue.

You submitted your game under "modalrealms", and that account was given 50MP. It doesn't show up in your account because it's made to show all games where the creator is the same as the uploader. In this case, because you put in your forum name into the creator slot, it was not credited to you.

Everything that is siteside is credited to your own SSA and nothing else. All you have to do to show the game in your account would be to change the creator of the game to your SSA name (modalrealms).

To get your password, put in your SSA username.

Thanks for the response. I think that answers it but I'll have to check when I have more time. If I have more questions I'll let you know. Thanks.
