You only need one shared variable. It tells the computer which form the guy is. Auto-event - Condition "Night" (if time=night then this event will run) Val Condition Branch - 2 Options . Option 1 - Variable = 0 (human) . [run transformation to wolf code] . Modify Variable so it = 1 . End ... |

I look into the site a bit... it seems to have a bit of hype to it... well enough to populate it's own forum. There's very little mention of RMXP though. Lol, at least it's nice to see people actually play Radical Dreamers though. ^_^ perhaps, but he has mentioned in several posts that is indeed wh... |

Just thought I would bring this to everyones attention. Theres a fan made sequel to Chrono Trigger/Cross coming out named Chrono Crisis, and I must say for the first time in a very very long time since seeing fan made games, I am vasty impressed. Not only does this game have the original feel and ti... |

Okay, here's what we can do for Mr. Wolf. I should've seen this problem earlier. What's happening is, we've got an auto-event in every location where you can go that detects "night" and does the transformation. Right? So you're in Area 1, and it becomes night time. Area 1's auto- event de... |

When I was walking down the hall today at work, I saw 3 people oncoming in a row: guy-girl-guy with a fourth person, a tall guy walking right behind the girl. From RPGM3, I couldn't figure out if the tall guy was a healer or was effective with distance attacks. Often times I want to mentally click ... |

I've got a few ideas on certain games, and not quite sure how I should go about making the entire story. Should I make stuff as I go, or pre-plan everything? Write it down or keep in your head? So, what I'm basically asking is how you make the whole story out of some ideas. I tend to have a basic s... |

Yep, that's how it's done. Welcome to the world of RPG Maker 3. And welcome to the Mag, too. :) You can also add in sound effects or a screen effect to spice up the transformation. Play around with it and see what you can do. Note that the two characters (human and wolf) will have separate item inv... |

wooo! I figured out modes and now have a fully working werewolf, kind of annoying to put a invisable event on every map screen, but if thats what it takes to make this work..and anyone else who is interested in creating a werewolf, these are the steps to take... #1 Create 2 characters with the same ... |

The night event code for a character only activates if the player talks to that character. Same goes for the day code. It should only be used for NPCs. To have this guy change into a werewolf, you're gonna have to create an auto-event in every location where the player could possibly go... field ma... |
