Man. I'm all for the whole "ancient diet" I'd love to die at the ripe old age of 30. Of course that was from what it took to get the food, not the food itself. Though a lot of us might live to the average age of 70 now, what is the average health of people over 30? 50? Essentially we've c... |

Of course if you followed the Paleo diet you would learn that all grains should be cut out, along with beans and especially dairy. Most diary products have a very high acidic load and cause you to lose calcium and other minerals as the body works to balance the Ph level of your body. And this is the... |

Imagine that. Human instinct and millions of years of doing something one way, changed by marketing and social convention based on nothing at all. Shocking! Maybe I'm a bit biased as I'm trying to replicate a lot of things we have forgotten in our modern society. I'm not sure all this 'progress' has... |

How about Dominion? I have it and the expansion Seaside. I might pick up Intrigue as well so it can be up to 6 players. |

So by new I guess I mean 4 years old, didn't know it came out in 2008. However it looks like there is a new Shadow series book this year and a new Shadow book to tie up both series some point soon. |

I almost wish the government would take over from the ISPs and make it a public service since it's something that makes sense to be one, since it has a very high cost for entry and maintenance. It's not like they don't already track everything we do [Patriot Act]. But of course then the Corporations... |

I've been keeping up, though not quite as well as I used to. Getting back into races again after taking a break to go hashing (running through a random trail through town then drinking afterward). Ran the fastest 5K I ever have last night, hoping to break 22 mins this weekend. |

I'm down, though not for all 4 days as I'm already taking a lot of time off in the next couple of months. |

Ran my first half marathon last weekend. Longest distance I've ever run in one set, and also in my sandals :). 1:53 which I'm happy with, still could shave off at least 5 minutes if I actually train for the next one (i.e. have runs that are about 10 miles during the week). Did really good on the fir... |

Fox News fear-mongering. That would never happen.
The video Regal shared was awesome (and depressing). You would think we would have learned our lesson not to trust Goldman Sachs after the whole Home/Subprime market fiasco. |

I think in time they will learn that trying to micromanage at this level actually makes people less productive. I guess I'm much more laissez faire when it comes to these things, but as long as you deliver at the end of the day, I could give a sh*t where you go and what you do on your computer as lo... |

I wish they would split out game add-ons, themes, and other stuff, or add a search option. Trying to find actual add ons for games is a very annoying process when you have to sift through themes, demos, avatar sh*t, etc. |

So this Saturday I finished a race which involved, 12 people + 2 vans + 195.5 miles from Chattanooga to Nashville. My Team (Run Tan Laundry) finished in 28:14:52. It was certainly quite an experience, as it is basically a road trip combined with a relay race. Running at night through back country ro... |

Ran a 15K this weekend. Longest distance I've ever run at one time. I did it in 1:12:00, which I'm very happy with since that's maybe a second slower per mile than my current 10K fastest time. Also I feel ready to do a half marathon in under 1:45:00 at the end of next month. |

It's too bad that this year I can't even entertain the idea of committing to going. I have so much going on this semester and next that a MagCon for me in 2011 won't happen. It is possible I can in 2012, since I will be working like a normal person then. I somehow doubt in the middle of a semester ... |

Dominion Tournament : P. Only one person has to bring the cards for that, and that can be me. Of course I'm sure we'll also have plenty of gaming systems.
Are your calculations assuming I'm in? Just curious since if it was uneven I wouldn't mind driving back and forth, but if so then I'll chip in. |

So does this mean he's been lurking in the shadows the whole time, or he just randomly decided to show up and we won't see him again until page 200. |
