Probably a really dumb question, but where ARE the PS3 versions of the games? I'm looking at the games themselves, and do not see a PS3 version option. Are they on a separate page? Are both the regular and PS3 versions in the same zip folder? Help!

Ermm....Karr...the gentleman's name is Dave Carter, not Dave Cutter, as you mention in your "review."

My absolute favorite episode is the Soup Nazi episode. It's so wonderfully random and awesome all-around. I mean, the soup is so good, Jerry
pretends he doesn't know his girlfriend
! That is just too funny. My favorite part about The Soup Nazi episode (after having seen it so many...

I will agree that Seinfeld is the second greatest TV show of all time. However, I put LOST first instead of The Simpsons. I have all 9 seasons on DVD box sets, so I can pull out a favorite instead of hoping a good one comes on TV (I don't watch TV, anyway, but....what am I saying? They're all good)....

Nope. The Baconator is meat 'n cheese on a bun. No lettuce, no tomato, no onion, nothing. Then again, my memory might be a bit hazy, as I only ate this once more than a year ago, and I had to choke it down because of how bad it was. But if I remember, there are no veggies on that sandwich. I think t...

Wendy's is stupid for changing the Stack Attack to the Double Stack. I don't know what Wendy's you frequent, Shadyfox, but they USED to have 1/4 lb Double Stacks for 99 cents; then they jacked up the price an extra 30 cents or something...then they reduced the size, so they were not even a quarter ...

I tried to play FFT, the PSX version, for the first time AFTER I had already played the hell out of FFTA, and it was a letdown for me. I hated the 16 or whatever character limit, and I liked the way in which character-building was done in FFTA better (equip the items and fill the meters as opposed t...

Yes. But the packaging on Xbox 360 games is misleading, as they all say 1080p, when, to my knowledge, only 2 Xbox 360 games are natively 1080p, and the rest are upscaled from 720p. With the PS3, all the games that specifically say 1080p are natively output at 1080p, and there are currently at least ...

Yeah, (Bo), you probably just picked a bad author/book. Not all sci-fi/fantasy/horror paperbacks are created equal. If you want to read some GOOD Stephen King, I'd say try his non-horror/psychological horror stuff. Meaning, don't read Cujo, Christine, Firestarter, etc. I think you'd get something ou...

I've been playing the hell out of Etrian Odyssey II on my 45 or so minute bus ride to work every day. My characters are probably over-leveled, but we'll see what happens when I get to the fifth floor. I've played this game for a good 15-20 hours (not including all the hours lost due to my party gett...

I've owned FFTA twice now (it got stolen the first time), and on my first ownership of the game, I had logged well over 120 hours into it, and had probably only gotten about 2/3 of the way through the actual "main quest." I was having WAY too much fun micromanaging my characters' abilities...

I think it depends on exactly what piece of art/literature/video game we are talking about. For example, someone well-versed in Jane Austen's novels, the literary style she aspires to, and other contemporary written works of the time, I think, would get more out of one of her books than Joe Average....

I agree with you Bo, about the fun of the software comes in working through solutions on your own. That being said, I know a while back at the Pavilion, JPS created an Excel or some other program stat-tracker that allowed you to plug in numbers for levels, stat values, etc, and would give you the co...

For the Pavilion's last contest, the Shameless Rip-Off contest, in which we were encouraged to make a sequel to, version of, or expansion on, an existing video game, I was working on something that took only a small SMALL tidbit of a licensed game, and instead decided to focus on the license itself....

As I'm apparently an egoist who thinks quite highly of his games, I might as well contribute to this thread. :p In reality, though, I'm not sure what I can contribute, because I really have no "Okay, THIS is the one" project in the works. Instead, I have at least 6-8 unfinished projects on...

The way I used it, it was Quoted for Truth. Not so Bo can't change his post, but because I agree with what he said. After that whole imbroglio at the Pav, I just wanted to agree with Bo, as he seems to be the wisest member here from what I've seen of his posts in the past few years.

Again, Anonymous Bo for the win. And really, it DOES matter if you are playing on a high def TV (mine's 65") if it's 720/1080i or 1080p. In my situation, going from a 30" 720p Samsung widescreen tube TV, where both the PS3 and the 360 looked perfectly fine, to a 65" 1080p Toshiba DLP,...

TECHNICALLY, the first rap was out before Rapper's Delight. Rapper's Delight was the first songtypically regarded as the first rap song, but if you listen to Last Poets, they were doing proto-rap (rhymes or poetry with a certain cadence or rhythm VERY reminiscent of rap, and over the top of minimali...

Hehe....I'm kinda scared to make a prediction, as I just finished looking at what I resolved/what I accomplished last year. But I still think I can release a demo of S3 (farming/dating sim, currently lacking the dating aspect), as it's been finished for a few years now...in the same state as it was ...
