I've fiddled around with the user panel and now I've set it so that you can find out if someone's in the chat room AND you can also see who. All without having to go into the chat link. This is available on all styles.

on the red style mag, the font for the chat comes up on a black background which looks really odd (just look at the top of the screen here). why not set the background to transparent so it will blend in better with everything and keep the consistency.

I agree. That what I had at first, which looks great on Firefox. However, on IE, the area will only show up as a white box.

But I will experiment with it more when I have more free time.

Question. When we go to another page, the text disappears. What's making it do that?

Every time a forum page loads, it has to retreive the data from the chat about the number of people in the room. It takes a while to load, though. I am also looking into ways to reduce that load, but based on how the popup window in the main chat screen loads (the who's online thing), I don't know.

Yes, I do. There are less foxes being set on fire that way.

Actually I think they're special elemental foxes, which make them even better.
