Actually, there really is no topic at hand. It was originally the farewell thread for me and SK for a week...

Personally I kind of like how it's jumping from topic to topic without being spam.

And I don't even like baseball and that grand slam was actually a rather interesting feat. I think my ears are still ringing from all the screaming.

(and KA, I'll admit to them not mostly being crazy when you first find one that's not... which you haven't done yet.)

I've met plenty of girls that aren't crazy, I just haven't had an interest in all of them, nor have any of the ones I've been interested in gotten anywhere.

Well that's just it... most women... if not all women are perfectly fine as a friend. It's when you are in the relationship that you'll see that side of her... wither it be crazy or not, you won't know.

So it really doesn't matter how many girls that aren't crazy if you aren't dating them.

ANYWAY...



Plans for today consist of going to the Aquarium. It's an underground/underwater restraunt with sharks and stuff around you while you eat. Expensive as hell... but it's suppose to be worth it.

It could be any more expensive than the baseball gease slop they pass off as food. Some chicken fingers, a long hotdog and two drinks somehow racked up almost 30 bucks... insane.

There's a place near school that seels food for 8,90 Reais a kilo. *does math* That's like, 4,78 dollars a kilo.
Of course, there's that nagging 70% chance of spending two weeks in bed with an upset stomach after eating there, but it's worth it sometimes =P

Ah, finally heading back home tomorrow, ... where I can be away from my mother and Lantis.

My mother does a lot for me, I have no problem admitting, and for once I have the opportunity to get fat off of good home cooking whenever I visit her, ... but she can talk to her dogs in this eccentric voice until my ears fall off. Pet owners are just plain obsessive, sometimes.

... What I wouldn't give for almost any one of the rest of you Magonians to magically replace Lantis in the passenger seat of my car for the seven-hour trip tomorrow ....

... Except for if country music is playing on the radio. In that case, Lantis will continuously scream his head off until the dial is turned, as me and another friend of ours once found out on an ill-fated car trip. (For the record, I just want to make it clear that I was not the one who decided to turn the radio to the country station.)

But yeah, SK's mom was interesting. I mean, I've known her for years, but I've never stayed around her for a straight week. And wow...

Did you know that you CAN NOT purchase a can of food if it isn't perfectly shapped like a cylinder. And just for kicks and giggles, I dented a can when we got home. She saw it the next day and was actually going to throw it out. Oh, and yeah... you can't say "the stupid dogs" around her pets because they can apparently comprehend english perfectly.

The list goes on to include bed times and times to get up in the morning... something I wasn't expecting to have to comply to on my vacatoion... ect, ect.

But for free room and board, you can't complain, right? At least I was away from the office for a week.

But yeah, SK'll have have to put up with quite a bit for the return trip... in fact...

Finally made it back home... the trip there was rather uneventful. Ate at IHOP and then went home. That's pretty much it.

I wonder if the dude we sucked wireless from is wondering why his internet was so slow for a week... heh.

And btw... you guys may not hear from SK for a while. He still doesn't have the intertubes at his house.
