I've planned this little out of town trip for a while now. But I assumed that the place in which we stay would have internet...

I was wrong...

So yeah, for the next week, me and SK will be out of reach. It'll be the first week without internet for me in quite a long time... I feel rather naked.

Oh well, one of the reasons that we are going is to give us pretty much a straight week to work on Arc Arath... so at least it'll be a productive trip.

Anyway, this is the last few minutes I have on the net... I'm reluctant to let it go.

... Actually, I'm already back. I managed to pick up a wireless network somewhere in my mother's apartment building. It seems to work just fine, so long as I do not activate a certain Internet program (I own a laptop, and Lantis has me convinced laptops they're all screwy like that.)

Just a little FYI, I acutally LIKE using RM1. Besides, we are behind in our work... specially if we want to finish when we said we will.

Besides, it's not like we can do much as it is anyway. Neither of us know our way around here... this place is huge. The only time we can go out on the town is when SK's relitives are home from work to navigate and such.

So to past the time we've got a few games.... of which include RM1.

Anyway, as SK said... some moron has an unprotected wireless network. I can only laugh at people's stupidity.

Speaking of stupidity... I've got to give credit to the dialup companies. A comercial I saw for dialup showed that people were upset for paying 24 bucks for their internet. 1st, it's dialup. 24 buck is cheap for internet. Highspeed is alot more expensive... but dialup is a mochery of internet. So they chant about how great 10 bucks for dialup with the fastest (yes, they actually said the word "fast" when refering to dialup). Then they had the audacity to say that they had the ability to use the same instant messanger with their service. Last I checked, it didn't matter who provided your service... it seems they are trying to say that other servies don't allow some IM's to run or something.

It's sad that some people actually eat that crap up. The dialup people should feel bad for playing on people's ignorance...




Anyway, sorry about that... *goes back to doing more fun things*

My little brother refuses to secure his wireless connection. It worries me because it's the same network i use for my Wii.

And I purchase a few things online. Now I'm all scared and stuff. See what you do to me Lantis?
