Only three times out of thirteen bodies. and of course, this isnt G1 Optimus Prime. New universe, just using familiar character names, like all the alternate universe Transformer series have.

here's primes new vehicle mode, roughly the type of truck he's been 3 times now. (Action Master, G2 Laser Prime, Armada)
