Maybe some of you got a tree.I got one ho ho! It cost me $17.99. Its huge. It has stuff on it for decorations. Anyone else?

I've been using the same Christmas tree for over 6 years
Some people put theirs a few days after Thanksgiving here.
Trees usually stay up until the first week of February too.

I got one last year.

It stayed up until either February or March.

I was too lazy to take it down.

I haven't put it up this year, yet.

I'm too lazy to put it up.

Nobody comes to my house, anyway.

Yes my family is killing a tree this year ironically enough it's my brother who really wants to when HE was the one that whinged on and on x many christmases ago to use the little whatever tree we have instead of cutting one down.. o.O kids.

my housemates have one. i daresay my family do too.

*shrug* i don't care particularly ^_^ its only a tree, tradition or not.

I'm having one for free, as a gift from my auntie.Since i don't really celebrate christmas, i'm giving that tree away to the orphanage nearby my house.Although i could just actually keep it...

I have a tree. It's big and green.

I have a tree I got from home depot. I bought it 3 weeks ago. Its what they call a "slim line" tree. I put white lights on it. With Dark red,green, and cream colored balls on it. I also got Dark plum colored bows that match my new carpet.
It looks awesome.

My family is going tree hunting. They say to me. "We're going tree hunting, starting with the one across the street! Want to come?" =S

So there was this 50 foot pine or whatever kind of tree it was that got knocked down by a windstorm, and it's just going to get trashed somewhere anyway, so the way they figure it is if we can cut off the top and get us a nice little makeshift tree for free instead of paying 100$ to get some cookie cutter tree at the store.

So there is this tree in the living room. The top eight feet with the top 2 feet cut off for being scraggly apparantly, and random other pieces of branch stuffed into the empty spaces.

I love it. I think it's great. Probably the best tree we've had in years!

i have a small fake tree.

my cats climb it even tho they are bigger then it.

we've got this like... mould growing on the wall of the downstairs bathroom. I don't use that one, cause i live upstairs. Looks like its gonna be me who sprays it to death though, cause no-one else cares about death by spore-related allergies ^_^

i might put some tinsel up around it, though. let its last christmas be a happy one.

I had a similar experience when a roommate moved out of the apartment and left a coffee pot with coffee still in it for a month, that was fun to clean up. Hurray for mold covered coffee pots.

As for trees I don't think my family has ever bought a real one, we always got the artificial ones (less of a fire hazard, and cheaper, not as good smelling though). So we have a small one at home since my parents are moving into a new apartment in a week. I also have one up here with my roommate, and all the ornaments below 3 feet of the 4 foot tree are gone, because of his cat. So it's pretty bare. Glad we didn't put any lights on it.

... Been using the same Christmas tree for a while, too, but this year it's not sporting much of anything but some plain white lights and a few angel ornaments, some of the angels either playing the harp or the violin, true to my personality.
(... I wonder where the other ornaments went?)

Well, apparently I have a tree...

It's in SK's room. Of which he never really takes down... so durring the year that doesn't involve cold weather, giving stuff, and whatnot... we consider it a 'general tree'?

A tree that isn't for Christmas... but 'generally' for any time of the year.
