I was a shift manager for the Pizza hut in brentwood NY.

Its a good job.. Oiling pans, Checking dates in the walk in cooler, putting doe in the proofer.
I think it was the best job I enjoyed most. Goodluck with it.

Opening a store is way easy then to close a store. I was given a key too. They just need someone to get the store started. So others can sleep late.

Closing is hard because you have to total the cash draws out. And your held responsible for making bank drops.
I was offered that job. But I kinda like just being a morning shift person.

Pizza prep. That was not really my thing. You have to get all the topings on there really fast. I hate making pepperoni pizzas. Each clucking pepperoni has to neatly be placed, one by one going all the way around the pie. I think it was like 50 pepperoni that needed to be on every medium pie. Unless your making an extra pepperoni. Then you have to put the cheese on top of the first 50 pepperoni to start your next 50, to put it on top. Clucking pepperoni. I like making mushroom pizzas. Just sprinkle the sh*t on top and be done with it.
