Would it be possible to pull a picture out of your RPG maker game by using the Dex Drive? Or do I have to use a camera?

Pretty sure no. Only way to take pictures are, emulator (if you own the disc only, just to clarify), TV Card (something that's around $40-$100 that you install on your PC [can be usb or PCI, ie fits on your motherboard] that turns your PC into a TV), digital camera. Now if you saved the picture in anime maker as a sprite file, I believe there is a program somewhere to convert those into image files (may just work the other way around).

What do you by emulator and I need the disk only?
