If a sentence conveys a message, even if not properly worded, how can you convincingly argue that that sentence is not a message?

Well the message could be something different from what we are all thinking it might be. It says Congratulations your a winner when rearranged to its proper order but when its not it could mean something totally different. Basically I'm repeating what he said.
