He could've made the songs. You never know unless SEGA actually confirms it or denies it and sue's MJ. I remember that game from a long time ago.

Well some companies would like to steal work or an idea that is good. Destroy any evidence of someone else that they hired to do the work. And sue to get the money, but only a selfless cold harded bastard would do that. Its just like a snitch, they don't have souls lol.

The original group that did the music for the first two games, Dreams Come True, demanded too much money for Sonic 3, so they went with MJ instead.
