It is if you know how to do it. I don't need a job to legally make money. As for the license I don't have to really get it even If i get stopped I always come out without a ticket.

True but I live in a crappy town with sh*tty people. So the only way I'm going to get my license is to go to another town 50miles away from there to get my license.
