I'm new to the RPG Maker series and hopefully you can answer my question:
Is there going to be a strategy guide for RPG Maker3 like the one Prima has for RPG Maker2? (I'm really having a tough time using this "supossedly easy" program because I can't make doors and entrances for my buildings and dungoens, getting the script editor to work and other simple stuff like that.)

Sadly there isn't a strategy guide. But some of us may can help you with your problem.

Entrances for buildings are automatic. You're probably creating "decorative buildings". You want "event buildings". Place them where you want, and they're automatically set to have an inside you can go into.

Dungeons, I'm not entirely sure. I assume you place a dungeon entrance on your world map, and then tell it which dungeon (that you have to make first) to warp to.
