I'm thinking of recording a let's play of a specific PS2 game. What are some good capture cards? I'm looking for something that's quality and relatively easy to use, but not cheap.

If you're willing to deal out some $$, perhaps this one.

This is one I actually want to get someday. Since it's portable, you don't even need to hook it up to a pc to use. And I've seen it's quality. It's really something else! :)

That's my set up. Then you can use OBS or XPlit if the included software isn't your style.

I use this.

It's one of the cheaper ones, though, and while the quality is pretty good, it is NOT in HD.
(Then again, neither is PS2.)

I use Elgato for my HD consoles and I do believe it can also capture PS2 footage. It's been great so far.

This is what I use for my videos.

It can support Composite, Component, and HDMI right out of the box, but you can also order an S-Video adapter from their website.

Quality is great and the software used for it is incredibly easy to use and very friendly to work with.
