v6 notice about usernames.

I thought it was about time to let people on the site know the policy that is going to be established for v6 usernames:

1. All usernames will be alphanumeric (A-Z and 0-9) only. Any usernames that contain special characters currently will be stripped of them and put together. For instance, Sarah's Knight will become SarahsKnight on v6.

2. Usernames will NOT be allowed to changed on v6. The name you decide on is the name you will keep. Current members will have until the week before (or around that time) v6 goes live to have Lantis or myself change your name.

Everyone has more than enough time to prepare themselves for this.
