No, I am not making accusations against anyone here in particular by saying we should all learn from this. But unnecessary drama does inevitably happen around here sometimes as it does in 99% of other existing forums, and maybe this can help cut back on it in the future.
This goes for me, too. So I encourage everyone here to read this one, too.

Holy crap, that sounds JUST like someone... in particular.

But about the article as a whole: That's never going to happen. Simply because it's the internet. When you are at home, by yourself, you can confront people must more forcefully than you would fact-to-face. Splash a little anonymity on top of that, and you have a person with no real reason to take confrontation lightly or sensibly. There's really no reason NOT too act like that really. What it's going to have to fall to is their conscience to just be a good human being online as they would in person.

It's not only that, but sites based specifically on social networking do nothing but encourage this too. You know, like FaceDrama.

this also brings back another important thing of the internet. dont feel the trolls. people come looking for excitement and will manufacture it if it suits their craving. by taking the bite and giving them something to work on we do exactly what they want.
