Thing I like about Boondocks is, if you're not to busy laughing your ass off and you actually catch some of what it's about, you come to find out, that they're actually talking about real sh*t most of the time.

And no, I wouldn't really say it was like ATHF. ATHF is amusing, but makes me want to mentally cut myself.

Boondocks is nothing like ATHF. ATHF has gotten so old recently, and I used to nigh on LOVE the show in high school. Now, I try to watch it, and I just say "Eh, not so shocking anymore, not too funny anymore."

Sealab 2021 is still funny to me for some reason.

And, as for Boondocks, it has some shock value, but at the core of every episode is a witty message or moral. It really makes you think when you look past the humor, but the humor is the thing that brings the message along.

Boondocks is an artistic masterpiece. It is purely balanced in every conceivable way from conception to presentation. I think it is some of the greatest art of our contemporary time. One of the best things about it is its uncanny balance of pure street with pure intellectualism. I have never seen anything like that.

AND it is absolutely hilarious!
