I LOVE CHEESE CAKE.
I've been thinking about it, actually. If I have the chance I will give it a try.
But our version of eggnog (Coquito) has rum, and I usually don't try anything with alcohol either.

Egg nog is like the best stuff ever. we actually got our first batch on Sunday. Our local supplier always tends to put to much Nutmeg in it though.

did you know that egg nog makes excellent french toast batter? You peeps should try it some time!

But seriously, to all those people who don't like it, it is basically melted vanilla bean soft serve. And yes, there ARE eggs in ice cream. And how about chocolate mousse? There are raw eggs in that. So stuff your inhibitions and join in the great creamy goodness that is NOG.

Just letting you know that I was able to finally pick up some 'nog. Took a while, but a Brookshire's had it, and there were only two left when I spotted it. But yeah, I've been enjoying it all day today. It's Food Club brand... and I have no idea who they are, but the 'nog is excellent.
