So, SK and I had this one on our 'to do' list for quite some time, so now we are actually going to do it. Parasite Eve is a RPG that dresses and acts like a survival horror game. It's a rare breed of game that is off the chain fun. The customizing of weapons and armor only make this even better, and become required if you plan to tackle the optional dungeon on the game's Game Plus Mode 'EX play.' We will be doing this. Because of how frequent SK is now coming over, I'll have around a month of off camera grinding. I'll get a level 99 Aya ready so that we can show you the horror that is the Chrysler Building. But that's quite a ways away... we have to actually beat the game first.

Part 5 is up now. Also, as an update, I've finished grinding a level 99 character. I've got a pimp ass gun and some pretty sweet armor too. I'll be showing you exactly what all that is on the first extra video... of which SK and I should be recording this weekend.

I think I'll go ahead and skip the fore play and upload the rest of the LP this week as well...

Sorry about the delay (specially those of you who are watching these that aren't from these forums, who actually seem to watch them). SK just called and decided he's not coming down again. I promise we'll do the optional dungeon EVENTUALLY... I just don't know when. After 30 hours of grinding, I finally have Aya ready to pwn the Chrysler Building, and we'll get a special bonus video for completing it (which I actually haven't even seen yet). Until then, I've been making progress in Illusion of Gaia if you want to give that a look-see.

Gee wiz. I just counted how many LPs you and SK have done so far. My 41 episodes is nothing compared to your 114.

Actually, make that 126. Just finished uploading all the extra vids... which raps up all of PE1. The Chrysler Building was over all a bit easy, but we did actually have to put some effort into it towards the end. SK and I have already recorded the first two videos for PE2 and I will be starting that LP thread sometime this week. Also got another up for Illusion of Gaia while he was down.

I've only finished Episode 2. I'm trying to watch one at a time, but it's almost a fulltime job.

Hey guys, good LP of Parasite Eve.. I played this thing -years- back and was very enthralled by it but I don't recall why I never owned it

I must say, though.. for an RPG it's pretty straight forward.. definitely wish there was a bit more cinematics and maybe a bit more depth.. as I don't recall it being this short at all..

Was definitely one of the more gory games I remember.. even though now looking back on it.. it's kind of funny except the rat mutation.

Thanks for coming to the Mag... glad to hear my LPs are reaching out, lol. SK and I are just about to start Parasite Eve 2, actually. And I think it improves on the game in just about every way. So yay for that.
