The Basics

The rules are rather simple. Anyone can play at any time, but everyone plays as the one character. All items collected will be here in the first post. Almost every weapon will be created through these items. Use the items however you see fit. If for some reason you are to die, you will return to the starting point of the area. So best to be careful.

With that out of the way, the game is more or less a stealth-horror. So staying out of trouble is the main focus. Besides, the main character is a 10 year old girl... she isn't going to be doing much ass kicking.

UPDATE

While this clearly didn't do so well, I'm determined to make things worth it. Rather than continuing with the pick a choice thing, you have full control over the choices you make. Not the biggest step, but should allow some creative thinking.

Episode 1: For Every Happy Ending...

The cold bitter wind assaults your face as you walk home from school. Roads were too covered by blankets for the buses to get through. It wasn't a good idea to head out into this harsh weather, however, something urges you to do so. Just a block away from home you hear gun shots. Following after, a man stumbles out of an alleyway only to collapse. He was bleeding immensely, clearly being the victim.

1) Hurry home
2) Snoop around
3) Hide

Gonna have to go with 2.

You approach the alleyway out of curiousity. As you peer into the dreary area there is a ghastly sight. This man was not the only victim. There are at least 3 more bodies. Another shot was fired at your direction. Just barely missed your head.

1) Find help quickly
2) Hide
3) Throw a snow ball

Gots ta be throwin them snow balls boi!

I pick 3.

Out of desperation, you make a snowball as quickly as possible. This icey ball is flung right into the assailant's face. Luckily, that momentarily blinds the man.

1) Search area for weapon
2) Throw another
3) Run like hell

And aim for the freakin' crotch, you 10-year old protagonist.

The brief moment was all that was needed. You prep up the next snowball and hurl it at the nether regions. The man drops to his knees, cursing as he fell. Was a short lived sense of victory. Two more armed men appeared. There is only one word to describe this new feeling. Fear. You run for it, not looking back. Halfway home you notice the windows of the local bakery shattered. Seems these armed men are all over the place. One of them walks out of the bakery dragging a body behind him. It was the poor old woman who owned the place... by the blank look on her face it was obvious what her fate was. You hide in the dumpster nearby. Eventually, the noise of the intruder's footsteps escape the ear.

1) Take a peek
2) Remain hiding
3) Exit dumpster

1. Take a little peek.

You cautiously lift the lid just enough to see outside. It seems that man had not left, after all. He stopped to have a damn smoke. A few seconds later another one of these dark soldiers walks out of the bakery pushing the old woman's husband. Just as he fell next to his wife he was shot in the head. These men are so cruel. Why would anybody do such a thing? They were such a sweet couple, always giving the neighboring children sweets. Never did anyone any harm and now they're dead. Without even realizing it, you begin sobbing. The tears just won't stop. However, one of the men hears your cries and approaches the dumpster.

1) Dig for a weapon
2) Remain put
3) Exit and run
4) Meow

Meow like the p*ssy you are.

You are indeed in a tight situation. Unable to think of a move to make, you begin meowing. Not exactly the smoothest move, but not much else could be done against two soldiers. One of the soldiers mumbles something in a strange tongue and proceeds to open the lid. Either, he didn't fall for it or didn't care what was in there... he just wanted it dead. Suddenly the lid slams shut, followed by screams coming from the two soldiers. You peek, after a few minutes, to see these men collapsed on the ground. They didn't appear to be breathing, but they don't even seem to be injured. How could they possible just drop dead? Best to get out of there quickly.

1) Run through scarey alleyway
2) Flee down the dangerous road
3) Enter the bloody bakery

hmmm, hopefully they're done in the bakery so let's take cover in there

For the time being, it seems that your safest bet is to hide out in the bakery for a few minutes. Don't know how many more of these guys are around town. While walking in, there are disturbing and rather obvious signs of struggle. Several things are broken, plenty have smudges of blood on them. They appearantly were having some sick fun with the old couple. Your mind soon drifts towards your parents. What if something happened to them? Hope they are okay.

1) Enter restroom
2) Enter kitchen
3) Enter closet

Enter the closet, and look around for something we can carry with us. Baseball bat, shotgun?

Hell, maybe they have a motorized scooter!

You enter the closet and begin searching for useful items. There didn't seem to be whole lot that would be of much use. The only things that could be of any use was a broken broom, an old rolling pin, and some glue.

1) Take broom
2) Take pin
3) Take glue
4) Take all
5) Leave them

It gets better.

You reach for the nearby broom when an unexpected noise is made from a distance. It seemed to come from the roof. By mere reflex, you close yourself up in that dark closet. Then, once again, reaches for the broom to use as some means of self defense. Your hand graps tightly a hold of the handle. However, after a few seconds you notice something that chills you to the bone. What your hand is gripping on isn't a broom... it feels like cold human skin. You slowly turn your head around to see two glaring eyes inches away from your face. An eerie giggle is heard from the direction of those eyes. What shall you do?

Kick for the crotch and gtfo!

Out of desperation you take the first action that comes to mind. You kick for the crotch as strong as for feet can allow. When the foot reaches the area you feel nothing from the impact. The eyes disapeared and the thing was gone. This makes no sense. Perhaps your mind is just playing tricks on you. That has to be it. After all, you did witness several murders only moments before. The fear is clearly getting to you. Not going to stay to find out any different. You book it down the hall and recall the noice from the roof earlier... slowing down your pace just in case. You can continue to investigate the bakery despite your fear or can leave the area. Be aware from this point on when when your fear reaches a certain point the hallucinations will start. Fear level is 2 out of 5.

We ain't nevar scurred.
