i am all about nailing pedophiles to the wall. the longer jail time is good, the castration is good though arguable in its effect, and the serving of their full or near full sentence is good too. the big issue i have with this is the massive sex trade that is happening in russia, and the scale of corruption that fuels it. its unlikely we will see laws like this take much effect in actually curbing these crimes. at the least it will go underground which is of course a worst situation.

The concept of what a pedophile "IS" is both a recent invention, and horribly relative. Not to mention all the blatant gender bias that is inherent in the definition.

I think even that is a bit too cruel for child molesters. I wholeheartedly don't condone the act, but got dang.
