What do a lot of you guys talk about with others? Like, what topics of conversation come up most often when you talk to people? For me, it's women, quite often, others it's just random stupid sh*t. I don't normally follow any patterns. I just go with what I have in front of me.

the stupid weather seams to be the most brought up topic in any conversations ive had. i guess im not the talkative type.

Nerd stuff like Spiderman fighting the Hulk and debating about X3 being a good movie.

Games games tang games

With friends around it's games and stupid shiz.

With other people it's general stuff, like politics, weather, etc.

Not much of a talker generally.

Epistemology, metaphysics, ontology, and unfortunately morality (puke).

Conver...sation?
It really depends. Most of my game don't share the same interests between themselves, so I take the opportunity to talk about our common interests.
Usually, in conversations (whether they are good friends or just acquaintances), I merely become a listener. It seems I'm good for that or something.

I'll talk about anything, but I probably won't be the one to suggest it.

with friends: inside jokes, just random stuff.

random people: I'm shy, don't talk much.

BUT...when I'm not talking philosophy ( ), I usually talk about sports, music, a little about gaming, and a little about politics but not like who should be elected but 'if one thing is legal should something else be illegal' kind of arguments.

I don't like talking about the weather to people I don't know. I'd rather it be silent or moreso that we talk about what they are interested in, what they believe, etc. and asking them "what do you do" (i.e what is your job) comes way into the conversation never at first.

oh god yeah.. there's always that ^ ...
first often comes 'Did that one hurt?'
secondly 'Where are you from?' and the leading off questions of such .. >_<...
and thirdly 'What do you do?/Where do you work?' and the running off questions of THAT where i have to explain my job because nobody has ever heard of it and they can't just leave it at 'call centre'. i explain my job as my job.. i don't want to explain it outside of work T__T
