Anyone know how to do some cool things with paper?

I used to be able to make origami Samurai Helmet, Ballon and Ninja Star... I liked throwing ninja stars at people.

hmm.. i saw a picture of something done in origami... it was really cool and i don't even remember what it was >_< it was some kind of beast from an anime. but since i can't remember it. here is an origami jedi:

It is cool-looking (after all anythings Star Wars related is pretty cool), but that looks more like paper mache than origami.

I can do some stuff. Though I was trying to learn to do the tsuru (right thingie on KK's pic) out of my head... hard one. But doable =P

I reckon there being a handful of absurd origami artist on deviantart. There was one who did a griffin and a werewolf out one sheet of paper each O.o

... i'd like to be good at origami, actually. along with... about 100000 other things i'd like to learn sometime (i might even learn some of them, too ^_^). but of course, i'm not.

Whoa...you actually made it @__@ It took me about 2 days just to make it, well failed at first-ten attempts.

I'm still a beginner though, but i know a little origami, i can make a snake, a crane, and some random animals ^^

Do you need that special paper to make these?

I also heard that you dont cut the paper. Is that true?

You can cut the paper, you can also use tape, staples, etc. There really aren't any "rules" for Origami, techically anytime you fold paper your doing Origami.
