It's so hard to put it in a top 5, but here's my all-time favorites:


1. Sonic the Hedgehog's Green Hill Zone
2. Super Mario Brothers Overworld Theme (Level 1-1 to most people)
3. Super Metroid's Red Swampy Area (the red area in Brinstar)
4. Earthbound's Eight Melodies (the Sound Stone song)
5. Final Fantasy VI's Aria de Mezzo Carattere (the Opera song)

I don't really have a list but some of mine would be: Lufia 2's The Last Dual (The fortress of Doom song) FF VI Kefka's Theme and Legend of Zelda Them.

Top fave is likely the Ending Theme from FF6. Indeed, it's what convinced me to buy the soundtrack.

Beyond that, who knows. Most of my faves are battle themes or ending themes. But I'll just post whatever randomly springs to mind.
