Regal and most of us are looking for ideas. Just list the ideas here.
For Creativity and the mag in general. I will start this off with two of my ideas so far. Anyone else?


1. Flash games. Games that run on flash the same way that the chatroom does. For playing cards and pool on the mag with other mag friends.

2. A reward system. For people who do good deeds on the mag should get some recognition. Like for good attendance, member of the month or something. And there should also be Staff member of the month. Who you vote to be doing the best job on the mag.

the suggestions you've got there are pretty much regarding the mag in general, so i guess this should probably be in Suggestions, Comments, Problems...

^ I was kinda hopping for other members to list there ideas right under mine. You know.. to get to the point about ideas. Just talking about ideas are not ideas. We need SOLID ideas. The admins here will just say yes or no. It was kinda the idea, no pun intended, that this list gets placed where all people can see it and post to it. Not just the admins. Its all up to you Regal. They put you in charge of this whole task. I'm just here for support.

if the threads contain suggestions, then they have to go in here. thats the way it works *shrug* ... creativity already contained a thread asking for ideas, and while you and a couple of the other guys replied, there was no real enthusiasm. furthermore, none of the admins except Sumisem replied, because if you put suggestions in Creativity, they might not even notice they're there for while.

i don't know about other people, but i tend to look at every new thread or post on the forums when i see they exist. i figure people will see this. even if they do see it, theres no guarantee they'll have anything to say about it themselves. this thread has had 16 views so far, putting it in here probably won't hurt it too much.

Yeah, that was my only worry, I'm not sure if everyone looks at all new posts. Also if somone where to post to another topic on the same thread stuido, it will not show up on the index page. At least if its a hot topic it will get bumped.

If you would like to make flash games to contribute go ahead. ^_^ though we have been doing quite fine without any so far. there are lots of free sites with flash games like pogo.com, addictinggames.com, and iSketch.com that you can easily arrange to play with other mag members through the chat.

to be perfectly technicaly, we already do offer games XD the ones you download and play in RM. >___> maybe that was a bad joke. heh. anyway...

2. i don't quite.. understand.. why we need a reward system? we already have magonian of the issue, and a lot of members are offered positions that they seem suited for. isn't having an improved magonian culture sort of a reward in itself?

I'm just saying that I know sometimes we have votes like "who's most funny man or woman on the mag?" "Who's most popular on the mag?" I think if people like to vote on stuff like that then maybe we should do, like a member of the month or something like that.

we do have the rpgmmag awards thing where everyone votes on funniest member and best newb and stuff like that. it happens once a year. and we have member of the issue. it doesn't really need to happen more often than that or we would just be repeating members all the time.

I have an idea.It's similiar to the medal system over at the Pav though.

Why don't we have a badge system, like those camping scout thingie's.If you contributed many things in the Mag then you get a badge.Help other people on RPGM problems, get a badge.Being very nice and supportive get a badge...whatever
