Post subject:  So, a friend works at Radio Shack
Exactly half an hour ago, I was in Radio Shack to visit my friends. Some how, by twist of fate, not one person works there that I don't know... So I'll stop by during my lunch break.

Anyway... I came in and had a little chat with one of said friends, when a customer came in. He was able to sell that customer a new MP3 player. Anyway, he was a new customer and had to have a little extra information before his purchase. After about the 4 question, the customer in a somewhat playful and sarcastic tone asked what else he would have to give him to make a purchase.

My friend replied by saying that it would require some other things as well as a bloody left thumb print... which he said in a playful and sarcastic tone.

The customer then held up his left hand only to reveal that he had no thumb... He lost it in Vietnam!

Wow, That sucks.. Yeah I know how people can just come off sounding rude with out meaning too.

Funny, My husnabd use to work at the Radio Shack. Thats where we first met. I rember a customer who walked in who had a umm.. a thing that you hold to your neck so he can talk. Hubby thought it was intresting because he never seen anything like it. Also the thing made the guys voice sound like a robot. Hubby said to the customer. "Hey, thats kinda cool!" And the customer replyed by saying, "no its not!" So it was kinda an odd moment for everyone.

Lantis.. I know the feeling.

^ Dude.. Thats a thumb sticking out on the sig. :lol Kinda like the missing thumb in the story that lantis told. Strange..

Bump... update: (Bumpdate?)

Last night I was hanging out as Radio Shack while they were closing. So I showed said friend this thread. And THAT was funny... the look on his face was pricless.

...but for everything else, there's Mastercard.
