alright here it is. The evil antagonist takes object of significant importance to open the doors of hell. when the hero goes in to get it back and make everything peachy the evil guy hears about it and kidnapps the princess. the princess is important because she is in the bloodline of 1/6 great sages. the great sages(who are desceased and closed the gates of hell x number of years ago...which is why the evil guy is pissed) are significant because their spirit is what can make the object work and shut the doors.


whatdaya think? yes i know it is a bit cleshay (dont mind my terrific spelling -_-) but non the less i think its a great main plot

Reminds me of Legend of Zelda

Heres the first act (I). 1: The king of Koto requests your assistance, he asks you to find out where the antagonists aprentice is, so you can go to the evil guy and 1. rescue the princess and 2. seal the gate. he also says that there is a man who resides in the mountains in a town. the man has infromation from a traitor of the evil guys army. he says that the aprentice is in a castle but its locked and the key to open it is in an abandoned town that was raided long ago. so you go get it and unlock the castle and eventually fight your way to the aprentice, there he will refuse to let you know and sends a dragon after you. upon defeating the dragon you find him again and fight him as well, he has a note in his pocket unlocking a secret door where a book is. in the book it tells the way to the evil guys portal.
